HELP with the RealAudio player:

After you click on the links - and you can't hear any music:

1) simple, turn the speakers on . . .
    > uncheck the "MUTE"

2) you see a audio player in the window, but it won't start, it takes to long
    a) you have a wrong version or no software from www.Real.com  installed
    b) best and fastest version for our files to play is 4.0 or 5.0

3) YOU CAN DOWNLOAD IT FOR FREE HERE AND INSTALL LATER !
    a) before you download, check if you have already a real player:
    >  START > All Programs > REAL  [ version newer as 8.0 is NOT working well ]

4) after downloaded and saved on your desktop, double click and install,
    >  please close all other open programs

5) it is very small and take all together maybe only 2 minutes!

6) NOW open the web-site again HERE www.OGMmusic.com
    a) if you hear the music on any page, everything was fine
    b) if you still have a problem click here: http://ogmmusic.com/PRO/ORA/01/27.html
    c) if you have a player there: everything fine.
    d) if the player is missing, you have to reboot the computer >  NOW
