Shipping & Delivery

Herb “The Herbmeister” Schwarz, dba HHBB Enterprises, ships merchandise to all locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to any international location.

Please allow 2-3 weeks processing from date of order, including shipping. You will be advised ship date with tracking number where applicable.

Refund Policy

As CEO of HHBB Enterprises, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you should need to return an item (*see Exceptions), you may return regular priced merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a FULL REFUND, minus the shipping charges.

We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. To initiate a refund or exchange please email us at herbmeister66@hotmail.com with details for a return authorization.

*Exceptions:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

We do not refund original, or return shipping charges.

Return Procedures:

1 Obtaining Return Authorization

• Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any item(s). No refunds or credits will be given on items returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
• Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be received as soon as possible so your return will reach us within 30 days from the original delivery date.
• To obtain return authorization please email herbmeister66@hotmail.com
• You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization Number within 24-48 hours if your return request is approved.
• Requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made online or by mail. No authorization numbers are available via telephone.

2 Shipping Authorized Returns

• Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original delivery.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.

• Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
• Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package.
